Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations: All reservations (except the Day Pass) include up to five (5) nights' stay at the campground (April 4-April 9, 2024). Reservations include up to four (4) people per tent site and up to six (6) people per RV/travel trailer site. Extra campers can be added to your reservation for an additional fee.

Check-in: All campers, vendors, and day-pass holders must register with the campground check-in booth. All fees are due at the time campsites are booked. All adults entering the premises will be required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form upon arrival. Please have available upon request valid id, vehicle registration(s), and proof of vehicle liability.
Transfers: Reservations cannot be transferred.

Vehicles: One vehicle is permitted per registered campsite. This includes both tent and RV /travel trailer sites. Motor homes will be allowed one towed vehicle. Additional vehicles can be added to your reservation for a fee. An overflow parking space will be available for extra vehicles. We ask that you use your vehicle only to drive into and out of the property. Shuttles will be available to transport you to and from various locations on the property.

ATVs and Side-by-sides: No ATVs or side-by-sides will be permitted on the premises unless they are--and remain--trailered.

Campsite: All tents, RVs/travel trailers, vehicles, and personal belongings must fully fit within your designated camping spot.
Restrooms: Restroom and handwashing facilities will be located on site.
Campfires: There will be no open campfires allowed anywhere on the property. Self-contained grills using propane and charcoal are permitted. Note that there will be one or more communal fire pit areas.
Speed Limit: Vehicle speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph. Anyone driving recklessly or at excessive speeds will be asked to leave the premises.

RVs/Travel trailers: All RVs/travel trailers must be fully self-contained. An on-site dump station will be available upon exit.
Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of others at the campgrounds and refrain from loud noise and excessive light between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Trash: Campsites must be kept clean and tidy. There will be receptacles for trash and recyclables located throughout the campgrounds. We ask that trash be discarded in the appropriate trash and/or recyclable receptacles.
Glass Containers: No glass containers of any kind will be permitted.

Food and Drink: Campers are allowed to bring their own food, drinks, and coolers to the event. There will be food and drink available for purchase on site.

Pets: There is a maximum of two pets allowed per campsite. All pets must be included on the Registration form.

Pets must be restrained and/or under control at all times.

Pet waste must be cleaned up by the owner, bagged or wrapped in paper, and deposited in trash cans. Pets disturbing other campers must be brought under control by owners immediately or be removed from the premises.

The responsible party for each campsite (as listed on the Registration form) will be responsible for all damage caused by a pet registered at a campsite.

Please have proof of current vaccinations available upon request.

Smoking: Designated smoking areas will be located throughout the campground.
​
Bright Lights: Campers must keep bright light at a minimum during quiet hours.
​
Privacy: Please respect other guests by not walking through occupied campsites.
​
Drones: No drones will be permitted within and above the campground.
​
Children: Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times.
​
Conduct: No person shall disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent or aggressive behavior, or display/discharge a firearm or other weapon. Please be respectful of other campers by limiting profanity.

Damage: Any guest that willfully or negligently destroys or harms property or equipment will be held liable for said property’s repair or replacement.
​
Swimming: Swimming in ponds or the creek is strictly prohibited.
​
Repelling/Rock Climbing: Repelling and rock climbing is strictly prohibited.
​
Changes: These rules can be changed or amended at any time up to the time of the event. A list of rules will be posted in public areas of the campground and will be included in each camper's Welcome packet.
ANY GUEST FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PREMISES WITH NO REFUND ISSUED.
